- Parents/guardians are welcome to school, to enquire about the progress of their wards. They may meet the teachers only by previous appointment through the principal. Visiting Hours for parents: 3.45 pm to 4.15 pm on Wednesdays 9.30 and at 12.30 pm on Third Saturday.
- Withdrawal of children from classes during the school time is not permitted. Parents who wish to take their children to hospital, etc. are advised not to send their children to school for a session or a day as the case may be and should send a leave note to the class teacher.
- Please make sure that the child comes to school in proper school uniform even if it is for a short duration and for any purpose whatsoever.
- In case your child is travelling by your own transport, please ensure that he/she reaches school on time.
- Please inform the class teacher when there is a change in the address/telephone number.
- The school will be sending notes, circular, etc. through students. From time to time and receipt of which may please be acknowledged in the space provided in the diary and attended to.
- Please go through the progress reports issued periodically and take suitable steps.
- Please ensure that the child is regular in doing the homework/assignments, etc. and devotes time and attention to studies at home.
- Parents are required to meet the Principal, class teacher whenever required.
